N. Blue Sapphire is a tropical lily created by Garet Uemura.
The following is Garet's description...

A random seedling produced in 2000.  This lily has approximately 18 blue petals that are not very spectacular.  However, the filaments/stamens on this lily curl inward creating a "ball" in the center of the flower on the second and third day of bloom.  This creates a "jeweled" appearance.  The leaves are mottled on the top, and have a purple mottling below.
